14-Day exchange

In order to make your shopping experience as safe as possible, we offer 14 days exchange! There are no management fees for exchange. Look at the back of your bill for replacement schedule.

The same conditions apply as for return in the condition of the item submitted. You need to tell us which watch you want to return, as well as inform us about your name, address, email and order number. We will send a special link to email where you can order the new item, and the value of the older order will be deducted. Then the new product(s) will be sent.
