- You can plan in advance with us. A minimum of 90 days, for you to exchange your product!
- As long as the watch is unused and is returned the way that we sent it to you, and with everything included.
- Don't forget to also include (a copy of) the receipt, which not only verifies that you bought the product from us - but also makes everything easier = faster.

Delivery time and order management in relation to Coronavirus
Normal operation at Watchia.com - We ship daily as usual
In relation to order management, we follow the authorities' recommendations, and have increased the working space of every employee working in our warehouse. At the same time, hand rubbing alcohol and gloves are available to everyone.
The daily operation is not affected, and since we stock everything we sell, we are still able to ship goods daily. Some employees work from home, but this does not have any big impact on our service.
All the transport companies try to deliver as normal, unfortunately, delays can occur due to the special situation.

Is there any warranty on watches?
All watches are sold with the official manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee valid for at least 2 years. Some manufacturers offer extended warranty, but as a minimum you have 2-year warranty on your product. You can read more about warranties here.
Are you an authorised distributor?
Yes, we are an authorised and official distributor of all the brands that you find in our store.
Do all watches come with proper documentation and accessories?
The watches are shipped in their original boxes and packaging, as well as with any accompanying accessories and documentation. Just like in brick-and-mortar stores.
Are all the watches authentic?
Yes, we only sell genuine watches supplied directly from the manufacturers.
I have not received an order confirmation – what has happened and what should I do?
We send an order confirmation automatically. If you have not received one, then it is likely due to our order confirmation not being able to surpass your span filter or an error may have occurred when you typed in your e-mail address. If you have not received an order confirmation after a few minutes, then you can contact us here and we will immediately forward you your order confirmation Important! - If you have Hotmail, Live.dk, Yahoo or Gmail sometimes our order confirmations end up in a spam folder. Therefore, please check your spam folder before you contact us.
I have previously ordered a product, but now it says that it is on backorder/sold out?
As soon as you have placed your order, our system automatically updates and removes the item from stock. We do this in order to make sure that the watch is reserved for your order. If the stock status of your item was 1 when you purchased it, then the stock status will change to 0, and therefore the item will be shown as sold out. You shouldn’t be worried, as this stock status has only to do with future orders and not yours. If you have purchased a product before 13:00 on a weekday, then we will ship your product the same day.
Is the price included VAT?
All prices include VAT. Therefore, the price that you see is the price you will pay.
What do I do if the watch breaks?
All watches that fall under the official warranty period, can be sent in for repair (first you must fill out an online form here). Please note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials.
This means that the warranty does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse.
- damages that are not caused by faulty materials and manufacturing defects.
- moisture damage to a watch not marked “water resistant” (minimum 10 atm/100 meters).
- watches with damaged or worn off serial numbers.
- original certificates/documentation is not attached.
- surface damage on bracelet, glass, strap or case.
The warranty doesn’t cover batteries, bracelet, strap, crown, crystals and other embellishments, unless we are made aware of damages immediately after you have received the item. You can read more about the warranty here.
From there, the watch will be sent to the manufacturer for an inspection and eventual repair/exchange. For processing times of claims, please see here .
The watch is not for me, and I would like to return it.
Please refer to cancellation in our terms and conditions . Important! You must either fill out the return/exchange form found on the back of our invoice, or register a case through our contact form before you send us the watch.
How do you ship the packages?
All our products are sent using UPS or DPD. And your order is linked to a tracking number, so you can easily track it online. The package is delivered right to your doorstep by UPS. You can track your package here for UPS.com & here for: DPD, fill in your tracking number in the box at the left side.
Do you ship to other countries then the UK?
We ship to the UK, and also Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United States & the UK from our english shop. For shipping to Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland, you will have to select the country you want to order to in the top left corner of the website
Do you have watches in stock?
All the watches that can be ordered in our online store we have in stock, and you will be able to see the stock status on the product’s page, where delivery time is also stated (normally 1-3 days).
Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB . Klarna offers invoicing with a 14-day due date without extra charge, or you can choose instalment payment. Please note: If you choose Klarna invoice or Klarna instalment payment then you will be required to undergo a credit assessment.
I am looking for watch that you seem to not have
If you are looking for a specific model that you cannot find on our website, please send us a request through our contact form. We can normally obtain most of the models of the brands we sell, unless they have been discontinued.
Can I order by phone?
Sorry, but you can only order online through our website.
Do you purchase or sell second-hand watches?
No, we neither sell nor purchase second-hand watches.
How fast do you ship?
You can see the expected delivery time on each individual product page. If you order before 13:00 on a weekday, we will send the watch the same day. If you order after 13:00, then your watch will be sent the next business day (Monday-Friday).
