Terms and Conditions as of 26th of October 2020
The terms and conditions are based on the EU consumer rights directive, which applies from July 27th, 2017, and focus on the changes in consumer rights and responsibilities with regards to online shopping.
We, therefore, recommend you to read this text in order to stay well informed about your rights. For further information, see The Consumer Contract Act and The Sale of Goods Act including Competition and Consumer Authority.
You have 365 days cancellation policy. To exercise this right, you must provide us with an unequivocal statement within 365 days of receipt of goods. If you send the item back without such a declaration, your cancellation will not be processed. The statement must contain your name, address, email address, and order number. It is not sufficient to just reject the goods. Make sure to enclose a written statement in the package if you return the watch to us. We have prepared a form on the delivery note that you receive in conjunction with your purchase. You are welcome to use this form, or you can use the standard one as shown in The Consumer Contract Act..

Please, make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive it. So please keep the postal receipt and possible tracking number. You must pay the costs of returning the goods if you change your mind (unless otherwise agreed) When we received the goods and after the inspection, and you will get a refund through the same payment method that you used to purchase the products.
Please note: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product’s value is lessened, because:
* You have actually used the product
* It was damaged when the product was in your possession
* You have handled the goods in an unnecessary manner in order to determine the nature, characteristics, and the way in which the goods function.
* Certain products are not covered by this right, and if the sealing is broken, return- and exchange-rights will expire. This applies to: Fossil Q, Misfit, Michael Kors Access, Emporio Armani Connected, and Skagen Connected.
You yourself must pay for the return freight to us, and you are responsible for all damages while the product is in your possession AND while it is being transported to us.
If you return a used or damaged item (including packaging and manuals), we will deduct the credit amount equal to that of our product value assessment.

All prices include 25% VAT for the EU and for the UK the VAT is 20 %, quoted in British Pounds. Wrong price: If a price is obviously wrong, and you should have understood that. Then we're not obligated to deliver the product at the wrong price. Reservations can be made for misprints, price changes, sold out goods, tax changes, exchange rate changes, and force majeure. Delivery to the UK costs from approx. £17.5 for UPS Delivery - 1-3 workdays delivery time, and most likely the package will be delivered all the way to your doorstep. As most of our orders are sent using UPS, to ensure fast delivery. We also offer to ship to a lot of other countries, please continue to the checkout to see the current countries.
Payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & Klarna
Payments with domestic and foreign credit/debit cards occur via a secure connection. Entered card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and cannot be read by others. The secure connection is indicated by a small padlock at the bottom right corner of your browser. Watchia does not have any access to your card details at any point, and we use a payment solution known as QuickPay and Klarna, which is approved by NETS.
Out standard delivery is from 9€ (£12.50 to the UK) and express options and door delivery are available at an higher price. Most of our orders are sent using Royal Mail, DPD or UPS, to ensure fast delivery. All items that are in stock will be shipped the same day as the order received (if the order is placed before 15:00 CET on weekdays). If placed after 15:00 or on non-business days, your order will be shipped the next business day. A further specified delivery time is set for each product. Note: if the package is returned to us because it has been unclaimed at the post office, or can't be delivered due to wrong or insufficient address and contact info. We reserve the right to charge from €30 / £20-30 in return shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of this error.
We offer an extended exchange policy of 365 days after receipt of the item (unless otherwise agreed). There are no administration fees for exchanging the products. However, the same conditions apply for the return depending on the condition of the product. You must notify us which watch you would like to exchange as well as provide us your name, address, email address, and order number. We will send an exchange link on email to you, so you can order the new item(s) and pay only the difference from the old order. After that, the new watch will be sent to you.
On all products, there is a minimum warranty period of 2 years. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship within 2 years, it will be repaired for free or exchanged, and as a last resort, the money can be paid back. The damage must not because of improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover battery or water damage unless marked water-resistant (minimum 10 atm). Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet is not covered by the manufacturer. To claim your warranty
You need to fill out this warranty form online before anything is sent to us. .Notice: We charge an administration and shipping fee of £40 for invalid claims, that are not covered by the warranty (see above). Usually, exterior damages are not covered, unless they happen shortly after receipt of the product, as workmanship errors normally become visible immediately. After this, external damages are usually considered as normal wear and tear.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive the package from you. Then the watch/jewelry will be sent to the brand's own workshop for inspection and possible repair/replacement. If the brand workshop believes it's an invalid complaint, as a result of such abuse, or the like. We will contact you about the future course. Below is an overview of the individual brands' workshop estimated handling time. These may differ depending on the period (Christmas shopping etc.) And the repair complexity, but the outline indicates the approx. processing time you can expect. The period is calculated from the day we receive the watch and start the handling.
