Illuminator
An electroluminescent panel will make the front of the watch light up, making the display easier to see/read.
Resistant to cold
This watch can withstand temperatures as low as -10 °C.
Digital compass
A built-in direction sensor finds the magnetic North Pole.
Thermometer
A sensor measures the temperature around the watch and displays it in Celsius. Operation range: -10°C to +60°C.
World time
The largest cities in the world are pre-programmed in this watch, so select current city (or the one closest to you - in the same time zone) and the watch will automatically show the correct time.
5 daily alarms
These alarms uses an acoustic signal to remind you of repeating events. You can also activate a sound that marks the hour. This model has five independent alarms that provide flexible reminding.
Snooze function
You can pause the alarm, and it will be reactivated after a few minutes.
Keyboard sounds can be activated/deactivated
The keyboard sound can be deactivated so switching between each function does not make sound. It does not affect alarms, timers or reminders.
Auto calendar
Corrects automatically for months/years with different lengths.
12/24-hour clock
The time can be presented in either 12 or 24 hour format.
Resin case
Resin strap
Natural resin is an ideal material for straps, because the material is not only very durable but also very flexible.
Waterproof: 200 meters (20 bar)
Rated to handle 20 bar ( = 200 meters), which means that this watch can be used while swimming. Please note that the 200 meters are not equal to actual depth of water. The value refers to the air pressure used in the test for water resistance (ISO 2281), and the pressure when the enviroment is dynamic - is much higher.
Condensation - important!
Rapid temperature fluctuations could prevent a negative pressure in the watch, which could cause condensation. If this would occur, you would start to see drops beneath the glass. Immediately go to a watchmaker to have the case opened and dried. Even if the signs of moisture disappears by itself, the moisture won't disappear - and it would eventually cause damage to the clockwork. Waterproof keeps water, not moisture, out. Moisture isn't supposed to get into watches, but... the extreme difference in temperatures between an operating sauna and a cold winter's day, could surely be a cause for it. Condensation could be a manufacturing defect, but usually it happens because of the high fluctuations between really hot and really cold temperatures... and in this case, not covered by warranties.

How is the size of the watch measured?
The diameter
The common term is diameter, but since not all watches have circular watch cases, the diameter is actually the width measured from left to right. Note that some manufacturers include the crown (to set the clock) and the buttons when measuring the width, but we try to standardize all the watches by not including the crown as part of the measured width.
The thickness - or height of the watch in profile - is indicated by measuring the watch from top to bottom as illustrated below. By comparison, a 1-euro coin is 2.33 millimeters thick.
One usually defines the watches with these numbers:
Slim: 4-6 millimeter
Normal: 6-12 millimeter
Big: 12-14 millimeter
Oversize: 14-18 millimeter
